Swedbank´s Graduate Program

This is a 1 year technical graduate program that starts in September 2017. You will start as a trainee in one of our inspiring IT divisions and get a permanent position with a probationary period of six month.

An ideal candidate should:
Be interested in developing a career within IT
Have a M.Sc or B.Sc within computer engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, applied physics or similar, and have graduated within the past two years or by September 2017
Be driven and result-oriented, proactive
Good team player, who likes sharing knowledge and learning new things
Have the analytical thinking skills and the ability to see the big picture

Recruitment process
Send us your application latest 31st March. If you fulfill the requirements, you will move forward in the recruitment process and receive an invitation to do a test. A selected group of candidates will be invited to a mingle event where we will meet, have a case & group assignment and a speed meeting. It will be scheduled in the middle of April.
