Brand Manager in Northern Greece

Big industry in Northern Greece is seeking applicants to feel the position of Brand Manager

Duties
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets based on a deep market analysis and trend competition
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s brands and ensure its strong presence
• Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies
• Analyze how the brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumer’s insights
• Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Measure and report performance of all sales and marketing investments, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting consumer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Work closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all stakeholders
• Coach the team and get the best from everyone

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Master in marketing, business administration or related studies
• 3-5 years of extended portfolio experience (either markets or brands or categories)
• Trade Marketing experience
• Effective communication skills
• Effective negotiation and influencing skills
• Motivating, coaching and developing people
• Able to operate effectively in a team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
