The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks for an ICT4P Officer.
Job requirements:
Fluency in English and Greek
A minimum of 2 years of operational and field experience in ICT (or other related fields), OR a minimum of three years in a technical customer support role, with excellent general IT troubleshooting skills
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially excel (working experience on pivot and VBA is needed).
Experience supporting custom-built internal applications serving hundreds of users
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to effectively liaise with colleagues on all levels in a multicultural, detail-oriented environment (without losing a sense of humor)
A sense of personal ownership of the applications, and the drive to keep customers well satisfied with the level of support they receive
Fast learner, creative problem solver
Demonstrated ability and flexibility to adapt to changing environments and to make effective decisions under pressure in fast paced environments
Ability to maintain the highest degree of discretion
Desirable:
Relevant university degree or, preferably in IT, social sciences or international development
Ability to provide quality trainings for new users to applications
Experience in a technical customer support role, with excellent general IT troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems
