Group Compliance is an independent function whose mission is to promote, within the Bank and its subsidiaries, an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct through integrity, and a commitment to compliance with laws and regulations as well as international governance standards. The scope of its work encompasses identifying, measuring and assessing Compliance risk, providing advice and guidance, monitoring, testing and reporting. We offer career opportunities in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering & Counter Terrorist Financing, Market and Internal Conduct, Consumer Protection and Compliance Risk Assessment & Reporting.
As part of the Programme each trainee will:
participate in an induction programme which allows the trainees to get an understanding of the core banking processes and products, the Bank's organizational structure as well as the key principles of regulatory compliance,
have the opportunity to learn about the work carried out by the 5 divisions of Group Compliance and follow a rotation programme that provides exposure to more than one of the Group Compliance divisions,
receive mentoring from a management executive for ongoing professional and personal career guidance,
demonstrate your potential and capability by undertaking various projects and delivering regular presentations/recommendations to the management.
