Positions for a Postdoctoral Researcher and a PhD Student are available in the BioMedical Center of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich in the lab of Dr. Michaela Smolle to study how remodelling enzymes influence chromatin dynamics and gene expression.
The lab takes a systems biology approach, using cutting-edge genomics techniques, including ChIP-seq, RNA-seq and ATAC-seq technologies in combination with in vitro biochemistry and biophysics to investigate the effects of chromatin perturbations on non-coding transcription in budding yeast.
