Deloitte seeks for a Legal Councel/Manager and for an Inhouse Lawyer.

As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for:
Advising the business on a broad range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in providing comprehensive and pragmatic advice
Solving a wide range of complex legal issues
Drafting, negotiating and reviewing of general terms of business, business related agreements and legal documents with clients, suppliers and other business counterparts
Providing general legal advice on applicable laws and regulations and on all Firm policies and guidelines
Assisting with the legal secretariat of the Firm
Coaching of more junior members of the team.

As an Inhouse Lawyer the following will fall in your area of responsibility:
Advising the business on a broad range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in providing comprehensive and pragmatic advice
Solving a wide range of complex legal issues
Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of general business terms, business related agreements and legal documents with clients, suppliers and other business counterparts
Providing general legal advice on applicable laws and regulations and on all Firm policies and guidelines
Administration of company secretarial and legal issues for Luxembourg companies owning to the Deloitte group.
