Το “The Next Campeón” είναι ένα τρίμηνο αμειβόμενο πρόγραμμα πρακτικής άσκησης που αφορά νέους και νέες, 20-35 χρονών, οι οποίοι θέλουν να κάνουν τα πρώτα τους επαγγελματικά βήματα στον χώρο του iGaming, ή να αλλάξουν την επαγγελματική τους καριέρα. Στόχος του προγράμματος είναι να δημιουργήσει και να παράσχει, σε ταλαντούχους νέους και νέες, ευκαιρίες ανάπτυξης και εξέλιξης στην καριέρα τους, και να τους ενσωματώσει, τελικά, στο δυναμικό μας περιβάλλον.

The Commission organises twice a year in-service training periods lasting five months for university graduates.

This does not exclude those who, in the framework of lifelong learning - have recently obtained a university diploma and are at the beginning of a new professional career.

The training periods start on 1 March and 1 October each year.

The purpose of in-service training is in particular:

- to provide them with practical knowledge of the working of Commission departments;

Participate in design and implementation of ERP transformation projects, performing business analysis, solution design, system configuration and testing for business transformation in various areas, including Financials, Supply Chain/Logistics, etc.
