TICTAC is a training course targeted at voluntary and professional youth workers and youth leaders interested in using international cooperation to enhance their local development strategies in line with the goals of their organizations.The TICTAC training aims to support participants in designing qualitative projects and becoming the pioneers of the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme.

The seminar will consider how, through their active participation and engagement in sports, young people can experience the pressures, responsibilities and rewards of working and interacting with each other in group activities that have particular disciplines and aims and how these can help inform and prepare them for democratic and civic engagement in the wider society.

The BiTriMulti training supports voluntary as well as full-time youth workers dealing directly with young people in developing their first international Youth Exchange in the framework of the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme.

The aim of the BTM training course is to offer an international learning experience to practitioners active in the youth work field, enabling them to develop their competences in setting up quality Youth Exchange projects.

Digital technology is transforming almost every aspect of our public, private or work life, thus for every individual - the worker, the learner, and the citizen - the natural consequence of technological innovation, question of obtaining new types of skills is necessary. When it comes to those who work with youth on daily basis, they need to adopt new ways to approach, interact and support young people, especially those who have fewer opportunities and "at a high risk” backgrounds and have difficulties to express them self.
