The 24-month cross-functional program is structured around three 8-month rotations. From day one, you’ll work on real projects, gain hands-on experience, and build skills across a variety of teams. You’ll also join a supportive graduate community, benefit from a premium learning curriculum, including workshops, training sessions, digital tools, and hackathons, high challenges, and high support from mentors and senior leaders.

During your rotations, you could work in departments inside the Operations/Manufacturing function.
