Job Description:
- Assists in the Hiring process by creating new Job Contracts, update Employee Files and Annual Leave Records
- Updates Human Resources Information System Records and compiles Reports on a monthly basis
- Updates company Organizational Charts for Headquarters and Stores
- Maintains and Administers Employee Benefits records
- Assists in company Recruitment and Development activities such as C.V. Screening, Performance Appraisal, Assessment Centres and Training
Candidate profile:
- University or T.E.I. Degree
- Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources or Occupational Psychology will be considered an asset but is not essential
- 1-2 years of working experience in an HR Department is desirable but not essential
- Strong fluency in English
- Advanced computer literacy with emphasis in MS Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
