The Science & Business Fellowship (SBF) is aimed at the early recruitment of the best available young biotechnological talents. Each year a selection of five young, excellent scientific talents with recent PhD degrees and an interest that goes beyond research itself will start an intensive and demanding two year internal scientific training program within Janssen.

The SBF offers scientific talents an unprecedented, comprehensive acceleration program that will boost their careers and support them in realizing their ultimate personal goals. SBF participants will be guided in becoming established biotechnological scientists with strong entrepreneurial capabilities.

The SBF will focus on developing management and leadership skills to rapidly grow to a (scientific) management position.

The first two years of this Fellowship we collaborate intensively with Procam. A company with a long lasting experience in selection, coaching and personal development.

To be a candidate for this Fellowship you are required to have a finished PhD in the field of Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Molecular Biology, Immunology or similar. As an experienced researcher you have had experience with setting up and conducting research in a broad range of topics. Your interest goes beyond the field of your PhD research.
