This internship scheme is addressed mainly to recent university graduates, without excluding those who – in the framework of lifelong learning are at the beginning of a new professional career.
This type of Internship is offered to graduates who have completed at least the first cycle of a higher education course (i.e. university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications.
The intern will work within the ICT & Facilities Sector under the Administration Department where he/she will undertake the following tasks:
Assisting in the collection of business requirements and testing of the FRA’s IT systems including Intranet, Document Management System (DMS) as well as other Management Information Systems (MIS).
Assisting in the maintenance and management of the FRA Intranet pages to enhance the existing content and features.
Assisting in the development of statistics and reports using Business Analytics and reporting tools.
Assisting in the software customisation, configuration and testing of the intranet and DMS applications
Interns are selected from nationals of the Member States of the European Union (28) and EU candidate (Albania, FYR Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Turkey) and potential candidate (Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo*) countries.
Interns are requested to have a very good knowledge of English and another EU language.
