The Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO) in Angers invites applications for a traineeship of 12 months.
The Administration Unit of the CPVO deals with the financial, administrative and IT aspects involved in the in the running of the CPVO. The trainee will provide general administrative support to the Administration Unit and will assist the unit overall in the smooth running of the CPVO.
The trainee will perform the following project tasks:
- Review working procedures and propose changes
- Analyse data protection notices related to the Administrative Unit
- Implement project management follow-up applications for the Unit
- Contribute to the work of the Administration Unit sectors (Internal control, HR, Accounting, IT)
Please note that applications can be sent to the Office in any of the official EU languages; knowledge of multiple EU languages is considered an asset.
To be considered eligible, applicants must satisfy the following requirements on the closing date for the submission of applications:
Be a national of an EU Member State;
Enjoy full rights as a citizen;
Have a university degree of at least 3 years of study (minimum a bachelor) linked to administration;
Have a thorough knowledge of one of the languages of the EU and satisfactory knowledge of another official language of the EU.
