Egnatia Aviation Approved Pilot Training Organisations, is seeking personnel for the Quality/Compliance Department.

The primary role of Quality/Compliance is to ensure that the activities of the Organisation are monitored for compliance with the applicable Regulatory
requirements, and all additional requirements established by Egnatia Aviation ATO.

Position Details:
• Position Vacancies: 1
• Work location: Lydia Airport, Amygdaleonas, Greece

Requirements:
• Excellent Knowledge of English and Greek Language
• Computer Skills Proficiency
• University Degree in mechanical or civil engineering or any other related field
• Optional: Quality & Auditing Courses
• Optional: Previous experience in aviation environment
• Optional: Aviation Related Courses

Main responsibilities:
• Ensure & Improve the Quality/Compliance performance of the operation and documentation management.
• Provide periodic report on Quality/Compliance performance.
• Ensure that processes needed for the Compliance Monitoring Program are properly established, implemented, maintained, continually reviewed and improved in all aspects of the organisation activities.
• Promote “Quality/Compliance Culture” and awareness of customer requirements throughout the organisation.
