Research Fellow Position, Cyprus University of Technology, Cyprus (2016)

Applications are invited from candidates who possess the necessary qualifications in order to fill one (1) Research Fellow position at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Informatics in the field of “Identity and Access Control Management” for the ReCRED research project _ ΚΩΔ: ΔΤΕΠ7.

Applicants should have:
- PhD from a recognized university in Computer Science.
- Organizational skills and experience supervising Masters or PhD students
- Participation in funded research programs
- Prior research experience in Computer Security. Deep understanding of cryptographic authentication protocols
- Excellence in writing technical documents in English (scientific publications and project deliverables)
- Experience in writing research proposals
- Programming experience in a high-level programming language
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent presentation skills of scientific work

The monthly gross salary for the position will be €2959,64. There is no provision for 13th salary. Τhe appointment will be for a period of 6 months and is expected to commence in April 2016, with a provision for renewal until the end of the project on Apr 30 2018.
