Description

To deliver exceptional support services to the IT Manager and his team software development support through the resolution of business processes queries on various platforms, operating systems, mainly software and less technical.

Minimum Skills Requirements

1.Degree in Information Technology Programming
2.Fast Thinker and Hard Worker
3.Able to think and produce solutions with minimal managing requirements
4.Proven Knowledge on the following languages:

SQL 30%
C# 15%
JavaScript 15%
Python 15%
HTML5 10%
PUG 10%
CSS 5%

Desirable Skills Requirements

1. 0 – 1+ years of relevant work experience
2. Ability to grasp new concepts and learn new software applications quickly
3. Ability to solve and/or develop software in order to resolve issues
4. Natural interest in food and manufacturing processes
5. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make themeasily understandable
6. Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
7. Ability to interact and work with technical programmers/developers as well as business executives
8. Manages Change successfully

Job Responsibilities

1. Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the process requirements
2. Produce high-quality software that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
3. Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help anddeveloper guides
4. Create and maintain the information architecture
5. Analyse documents to maintain continuity of style of content
6 . Standardize content across platforms and media
7. Gather usability feedback from customers and designers
8. Revise documents as new issues arise
9. Web Development and maintenance
