Tvebiomovies 2017 is a video competition inviting anyone from any age and from any country to create a one-minute film about the environment and sustainability.
Films should address the issues outlined in one of these categories:
- Invasive alien species;
- People and protected area systems and parks.
Entrants will have to submit a written proposal about their films by 18 August 2017, 23:00 GMT.
Films should be up to 1 minute and be in the following languages: English, French, German, Spanish or Russian.
Entrants can compete individually or in-group, but there must be a lead filmmaker.
A judging panel will select the best three proposals in each category, which will be funded with US$300. Funding will only be awarded on delivery of the film.
The film with the most views in each category will win a prize of US$1500.
