HR Assistant (through External Provider) (Job Code HRA18)
JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
Euler Hermes is looking for an ambitious and multi-talented HR Assistant to provide effective and efficient support to our HR Team in Credit Insurance. The ideal candidate will have the drive to succeed and gain valuable professional experience in the leader of Credit Insurance globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will support the HR Director with the daily handling of HR actions mainly focusing on HR Reporting and HR Budget and ad hoc projects.
Your role will include the following responsibilities:
• Play an active role in HR Reporting, SAP uploading
• Ensure the quality of data base
• Help with the payroll check of data and transmission of payroll info to the providers
• Full administrative support to employees
• Contribute actively to HR Events and Cultural Projects
• Support the interaction between HR Director and employees
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Numerical Oriented
• Excellent team-player
• IT literate with all MS Office programs
• Excellent Use of Excel
• Excellent knowledge of English (oral & written)
Job Location: Athens, Full-time (6 months contract and possibility for renewal)
