Driver (Athens)

On behalf of our Partner, a high-profile and evolving Investment Company operating successfully in Athens, we are looking for an experienced Driver with a Hospitality Mindset to assist supervisors in scheduling and planning business visits, in accompanying travel clients, as well as in driving corporate vehicles to and from guest destinations including, but not limited to, airports, restaurants, hotels, real estate locations, shops, tourist attractions etc.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to:

• Greet guests and drive them to and from requested destinations in a friendly, courteous, safe and timely manner; showing continuous effort to deliver outstanding guest service
• Drive a 9-seat Mercedes-Benz business car and navigate successfully across Athens, obeying traffic laws and following established traffic and transportation procedures
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolve guest issues in an efficient manner and perform other tasks as requested by management during periods without client transportation duties

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Fluency both in Greek and English (Chinese preferred)
• Familiarity with Athens Traveling Attractions, Hotels, Restaurants, Entertainment & Leisure Shopping Stores
• Awareness of guest satisfaction scores and commitment to work toward increasing overall guest satisfaction
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all company areas

Nice to have:

• Hospitality industry Experience
• Chinese language & culture familiarity
