Project Manager (Athens)

On behalf of our Partner, a fast growing Investment Company operating successfully in Athens, we are looking for a Project Manager to facilitate the achievement of company’s goals by successfully delivering every project on time, within budget and scope.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
• Set performance goals and project deadlines that align with the company’s long-term plans
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, clear policies and procedures
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Manage the team’s daily workflow and help team members to thrive and grow in their current role
• Delegate work to employees, monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Report and escalate to management as needed

Requirements:

• A proven 5+ work experience as a Project Manager, Team Leader or Supervisor
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• A can do attitude with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects and teams
• People-centered, supportive and flexible personality with a good understanding of a wide range of tools and processes that can be used to improve operational efficiency and workflow
• Natural tendency to leadership; projecting a positive image consistent with company’s values
• Fluency both in Greek and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast pace environment while meeting strict deadlines
