Junior IT Administrator

Position overview:
The job holder will be based in Xanthi and the role’s main responsibilities will be:

• First level support of client workstations and applications.
• Installation, management and troubleshooting of key hardware, including PCs, printers, multi-function devices, mobile devices, VoIP telephones and various peripheral equipment.
• Support a wide range of Microsoft products including server operating platforms.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting and configuration.
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades and resource optimization as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Write, edit/revise training manuals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT field (or relevant)
• Working experience of 1 to 3 years in help desk support
• Experience with Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, group policies, and organization units
• Experience managing network storage, physical & virtual servers
• Intermediate knowledge of enterprise networks
• Experience with end-point protection
• Microsoft or equivalent certifications will be considered a plus
• Previous experience in ERP systems will be considered a plus
• Fluency in the English language (oral & written)
• Inclination in learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them
• Excellent cooperation, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Patient and focused on results
