Management or Consultancy on Innovation Engineer – Based in Thessaloniki (Greece)

HRS-Human Resources Solutions is seeking to recruit, on behalf of our client, a Manager and Consultant on an industrial and research organization.
The position will suit a professional, proactive, focused and positive personality. The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently and strengthens the goals of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide managerial, consulting and technical skills, support and services on various innovations, technologies and processes for organic electronics (OE) materials, devices, production, applications and markets
• Find open and upcoming calls for funding proposals, get background information on funding processes and programs
• Drafting & submitting business plans for funding in national, european & international programs
• Technical support, management and oversight of business plans under co-funded projects
• Organize, Submit, Implement and Manage R&D&I proposals and technical support them in subjects related to advanced materials, technologies and processes especially for OE materials, devices, production, applications and markets
• Consult, organize and deals with companies and organizations in all value chain, especially new end users in the fields of OE and their applications
• Develop, submit and deliver technical information documents and presentations
• Participate and make presentations at conferences and events on behalf of the organization which covers the entire value chain of OE Products and Services in Green Energy, Lighting, Electronics, Automotive, Smart Buildings, Greenhouses, Intelligent Packaging, Wearables, IoT e.t.c.

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Materials Science, Thin Film Technology, a scientific discipline and/ or Business Administration
• Demonstrated experience in structuring partnerships and track record of successfully implemented marketing campaigns
• Proven project management skills
• Experience in drafting & submitting business plans for funding in national, European and international programs
• Strong planning and organization skills and a demonstrated ability to achieve excellent results under time pressure
• Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary and international teams
• Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines
• Excellent knowledge and full written and oral proficiency in English
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Εxperience in in advanced materials, thin films or OEs, with equivalent proven working experience or as a Consultant /Industrial Engineer is a plus
• Skills in innovation and creativity, system and broader business thinking, communication, teamwork and relationship management and customer focus
• Ability to work, network and interact with specialists from a broad range of backgrounds (technical and non-technical)
• Ability to work in an international cross-cultural setting with industry and academia
• Integrated thinking, motivation skills, demonstrated teamwork competences, communication to broad audiences.
