The cash assistant will be dedicated to implement the Cash Transfer Program activities in sites and urban locations across North Greece ensuring safe delivery of cash programming as well as providing information and guidance to the community in close coordination with other team members.
She/he will implement the activities in the field under the guidance of the Cash Transfer Program Team Leader or Senior Staff appointed by the management, ensuring the program implementation are in accordance with IFRC standards and principles. The cash assistant will ensure that all activities are implemented with the beneficiaries at the centre and according to the agreed timeframe whereby outputs and outcomes are reported accordingly, including regular monitoring of the project.
As a member of the wider multi/disciplinary team, the cash assistant will contribute to enhancing the impact, reach and quality of the program and will be responsible for the direct implementation of all the cash activities i.e. information sessions, beneficiary enrolment, card distribution, certification, help desk and feedback collection and follow up. The post will be line managed by the CTP Team Leader.
