Egnatia Aviation is looking for an Aircraft Technical Services Manager.
Position Details:
• Work location: Kavala, Greece

Job role:
Manage and lead a team of maintenance professionals and act as key influencer in business development and management strategies in respect of the maintenance department. Provide leadership direction to the maintenance team on problem-solving and process improvements, provide resources and interact with other areas of the company to assist team in overcoming problems and streamlining the work process.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of 20 members, and be responsible for the performance, development and welfare of the team.
• Establish performance targets for the Maintenance Business Unit, and monitor actual performance against targets, taking appropriate and timely corrective action before negative trends begin to emerge.
• Ensure that all maintenance is planned and carried timely and in accordance with the relevant approved maintenance programme including the control of operational standards, supply chain management and cost issues.
• Ensure awareness and achievement of all regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Monitor the stores and purchase management, and ensure adequate spare parts in accordance with the short, mid and long term maintenance planning.
• Act as a business link between the top management and the maintenance team regarding business projects and contracts.
• Promote maintenance and technical services to third parties.
• Prepare, deliver and ensure budget adherence.
Requirements:
• Educational background in Mechanical/Production/Aeronautical Engineering and Business Administration.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior managerial role preferably in viation and maintenance.
• Excellent Knowledge of the English Language.
