The Max Planck Institute for the Study of Crime, Security and Law is now offering up to three paid positions for outstanding doctoral students to join the Department of Public Law headed by Professor Dr. Ralf Poscher. Ideal candidates are interested in public security law, fundamental aspects of general public law, or legal theory and wish to write a doctoral thesis that engages with the premises of positive law or considers new problems and approaches to solutions. Interdisciplinary projects are welcome.
