10-14/09/2018 - 9th Training Course on Global Development Education for Youth Multipliers (Ισπανία)

The Youth Cooperation Programme of the North-South Centre promotes youth participation through training and capacity building courses aimed at facilitating young people and youth organizations’ involvement in decision and policy making processes at all levels of governance.

The training course will give space to the participants to reflect upon political, economic, social and environmental issues developing in this way a critical understanding of their role, responsibility, and lifestyles of in relation to a globalized and interconnected society.

12-16/11/2018 - Young Policy Advisers Course for Western Balkans (Τσεχία)

The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and the School of Public Policy (SPP) at Central European University are organizing a five-day intensive training course for young policy advisers from the Western Balkan region.

The course will take place in Prague from 12 to 16 November 2018.

Building Skills Through Inclusion is an Erasmus+ youth project financed by the European Union. There are 5 countries participating: Albania, Kosovo, Portugal, Romania and Serbia.

The aim of the project is to promote and foster social inclusion of young people with disabilities and fewer opportunities by being focused on mobility, independent living and employability.

To achieve its aim, the project will have three main activities: a partnership building seminar, a training course and a youth exchange.

14-21/10/2018 - Training Course | Youth work deconstructing violent extremism (Ισπανία)

Through examples and practical tools 25 educators, youth workers and youth leaders from the Euro-Mediterranean area will develop youth work competences to identify violent extremism root causes and address them through youth work techniques.

Recent events in our Euro-Mediterranean communities have led the Association of Human Rights Educators and its partners to analyse what role youth work could play to prevent violent extremism especially affecting young people.
