The Department of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics of the School of English, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki is pleased to announce the 23rd International Symposium on Theoretical and Applied Linguistics to be held on 31 March – 2 April 2017. The Conference will take place at the Aristotle University Research Dissemination Center (KEDEA) and at the Tower Building of the School of Education located in the Aristotle University Campus (3is Septemvriou Str).

The International youth festival of arts (IYFA) “Muzite” (in English “The Muses”) is a multi-genre festival and contest at different forms of arts: dance, music, theatre, fine arts, photography, film, magical and circus art, martial arts, etc. Children and young people aged 5 to 35 years, coming from school of arts, academies, studios and kids centers, are allowed to take part in the festival-contest.

Refugees +, Training Course - 15-20 May 2017 | Brussels, Belgium - FL

This training course wants to discuss the main issues and challenges in fostering inclusion of reugees and (newly arrived) migrants. Exploring the role of the youth worker in this process, raising awareness on the topic towards young people, exchange of good practices and tools/methods are some of the themes we will tackle during this training course. Non-formal learning methods will be used throughout the training course.
