The European Union defined from the 2020 Strategy a need of an intelligent growth sustained in Erasmus+ Programme as key leader.
N.I.C.E - New Intervention with Creative Education is a contribution Training Scheme to Support Erasmus+ Youth in order to empower young persons and Youth organizations to develop Erasmus + projects and promote the recognition of Non Formal Education and Its role in EU 2020 Strategy.
N.I.C.E is Non Formal Education for Erasmus + Empowerment.

Volunteerism, a term extensively used and supported by European mobility projects. Promoted as an educational experience and process, includes a number of processes and measures for it to become a quality experience. Volunteerism – therefore a relation amongst, Volunteers, Volunteer managers, Mentors, Sending, Coordinating and Hosting organizations - needs a process which is referred to as VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT.
