Summer School 2015: French Language and Culture in University Paul-Valéry Montpellier (Montpellier, France)

The French Language and Culture Summer Programme is designed for international students wishing to have a first experience in a French university and for students preparing for an academic mobility in France. It combines language and culture courses, as well as cultural activities, in order to experience and better understand the French way of life.

Open to: candidates from the Balkans, Eastern Europe & the Caucasus, USA, Canada or other countries, as well as candidates who study Scandinavian studies
Scholarship: basic and additional fees, pocket money allowance, travel costs

Description

The International Summer School (ISS) at the University of Oslo offers intensive Master’s and Bachelor’s courses each summer, from late June to late July. Every year ISS welcome over 550 students from about 90 countries.

The summer French courses of the University of Geneva were founded in 1891. The courses welcome more than 1,000 students from all around the world every year.

The courses are taught by highly qualified teachers. Language courses in the morning are combined with a large variety of lectures and cultural activities in the afternoon.

This four week intensive English language and cultural studies programme offers 25 hours a week guided learning opportunities at intermediate, upper intermediate and advanced levels of English - subject to sufficient student numbers and an initial English language test on arrival.
