UN-SPIDER Bonn International Conference: “Space-based Solutions for Disaster Management in Africa: Challenges, Applications, Partnerships”will take place from 6-8 November 2019 at the UN Campus, Bonn, Germany. The conference is organized by the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA), through its UN-SPIDER programme, and the Center for Remote Sensing of Land Surfaces (ZFL) at the University of Bonn, in cooperation with the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and with the support of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi).

Training Programme: "Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange Training for Youth Organisations" (Winter Call)

This training programme provides participants with an introduction to Transnational Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange Projects through a learning-by-doing approach.

Over 6 weeks participants engage in some of the activities that characterise this type of project such as asynchronous discussions and synchronous facilitated video sessions while learning about what it takes to implement a successful project. The training requires no previous experience with Virtual Exchange.

XV Regional Summer School: "Energy and Climate Planning" in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The XV Regional Summer School will be organized by REIC in collaboration with German Development Cooperation“ – GIZ Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit. A panel of esteemed judges will review applications and select the final candidate. The concept of the 15th Summer School is to provide training for students, engage them in a way to facilitate their innovativeness and to simulate their decision-making approach.
