University of Aberdeen is offering a number of PhD scholarships for applicants of any nationality. Scholarships are awarded in the fields of Arts and Social Sciences, Life Sciences and Medicine and Physical Sciences. To be eligible for an Elphstone Scholarship applicant need to have the equivalent to a UK 1st class Honours undergraduate degree or an Upper Second (2.1) Honours undergraduate degree alongside a Masters with Merit or Distinction.

Manchester Metropolitan University is offering postgraduate scholarships for UK/EU students within the Faculty of Humanities, Languages and Social Science.Up to sixteen scholarships will be awarded for full or part-time study on any taught Masters Programmes in the Faculty. These scholarships will pay 50% of the fees for Masters study.

The Department of Psychology is announcing four to five PhD student positions in psychology, at least one within an unspecified subject (i.e., open position) and at least two within specific subjects (i.e., project positions). Please provide with information about the ref. no. of the application. If you apply to a position within a specific area, please clarify which.

PhD Scholarships, Centre for Research in Education & Educational Technology, Open University, UK (2015-2016)

The Centre for Research in Education and Educational Technology (CREET) at the Open University is awarding a limited number of full time fully funded and partially funded studentships for UK, EU and international students. Applicants should have, or expect, a 2.1 or above in an undergraduate degree or a Masters degree in education, language studies, psychology, computer science or another appropriate discipline. Half-funded studentships are also available for applicants who have already secured an external sponsor and they should indicate this in this application when they apply.
