The following skills/qualifications and expertise are considered:
- Advanced degree in economics, anthropology, and/or urban planning preferred.
- Understanding of ongoing refugee and migrant crisis response.
- Experience in real estate market.
- Experience in conducting market assessments.
- Expertise in qualitative data collection techniques.
- Understanding of housing rental markets, and use of cash modalities.
- Experience in humanitarian or development work.
