CUT THE ICE is the title of the training course with specific focus on working with diversity in groups and youth exchanges. During 5 days, an international group of youth workers will focus on using methods to work around diversity, to discover and understand the concept of diversity and to acquire the needed competences to implement those during their youth exchange process.

The training is based on methods and approaches framing within the non-formal education field.
