Appetiser aimes to give a strong positive first experience of international youth work and motivate participants to use Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme.

This aim summarises the entire idea of the seminar – to give a feeling, what it means to work with young people in an international setting. Leaving all explanations and knowledge aside it is about giving a space for participants to explore the advantage of “internationality” themselves.

9-16/8/2015- Training Course: Volunteering for knowledge (Sofia, Bulgaria)

“Volunteering for knowledge" is an International Training Course (TC) that will deal with the importance of volunteering as a tool for acquiring new skills and knowledge.
Organized by “Bulgarian sports development association”, Bulgaria.
Duration: 09 - 16 August, 2015 - 6 full working days activities, 8 days including the travel dates.

2-3/6/2015- Conceptual considerations for a youth worker training-Partnership-building Activity (Eupen, Belgium - DE)

In this networking event the participants will exchange their conceptual considerations for a youth worker training.
In a first step, the different partners make a description of the youth worker training in their country.
During the exchange of good practices the resemblances and differences will be identified to specify standards for youth work qualification.
In a next step the future challenges off youth work will be tackled, so that the participants can develop further the topics for a youth work training.

21-25/10/2015- BiTriMulti (BTM) - Multilateral Training Course for newcomers in youth exchanges (Norway)

The BiTriMulti training supports voluntary as well as full-time youth workers dealing directly with young people in developing their first international Youth Exchange in the framework of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme.

The aim of the BTM training course is to offer an international learning experience to practitioners active in the youth work field, enabling them to develop their competences in setting up quality Youth Exchange projects.
