During the project we will held one training for group leaders in Litomyšl, Czech Republic follow by 2 youth exchanges in Mircoveni (Romania) when the participants of the training will but in practice how to develop and implement a quality youth exchange and to be a youth group leader.

The multi-measure project is compose for 3 main activities:

Activity 1. The training course for youth worker and youth leader from 12-21 July 15 in Czech Republic.

This long term training course consists of two residential trainings and a supporting process in between.
It offers for youth leaders, youth workers, and young people a long-term perspective, with the necessary skills and support to initiate a new project, find partners, develop project ideas and even submit it after the end of the second part of the Activity.
