The aim of this seminar is to support and motivate youth workers to involve young refugees in their activities or use their activities as a way how to support refugees.

Mindfulness, compassion, nature based methods are some of the core virtues and approaches participants will be able to explore and get familiar with in order to bring positive changes in their own lives and create more self-sustainable paths for their communities.
