There are many reasons why some young people give up education and training prematurely. This might lead to several negative side-effects such as frustration, mistrust in themselves and in institutions, social exclusion, unemployment, poverty and poor health and in extreme cases criminality and radicalization.

All youth workers have to deal with the fact that the young people they work with are different from each other in many ways – this means that they have to manage diversity. Some differences are more obvious than others – such as ethnicity, religion or language. Diversity is more than the obvious differences, however – it also includes differences such as educational level, social and economic situation, sexuality, health and hidden or visible disabilities.

30/04-06/05/2018 - Εκπαιδευτικό Πρόγραμμα | EVS4YOUth (Γαλλία)

EVS4YOUth will host 24 participants from 12 (France, Portugal, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Spain) countries and will take place in Martinique (France) from 30 of April to 6 of May 2018.

EVS4YOUth TC is about E.V.S. and during 6 works days it is planned to provide learnings and tips on quality system in each phase, from planning idea to implementation to dissemination of results.

At the end the TC will support participants in developing their own Accreditation and project application forms and creating new partnerships.
