The Article 9 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states says that “No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.” Nowadays, exile is at the centre of the European preoccupations. This thematic is an open door to many questions regarding current European issues as well as a topic that anyone can feel concerned about. What does “Exile” means to me? What does it mean to you and to all of us? Trying to find what could be common and different about this subject totally makes sense in an intercultural context.

The training course “Quality interfaith and interreligious dialogue and acceptance through our youth work” will be held in Mali Iđoš, Vojvodina, Serbia, 16-24. September 2017.
Aim of this training course is to promote interreligious dialogues and encounters in our youth work, through retrospective view of current refugee crises and islamophobia that is root of many xenophobic outbursts towards refugees, immigrants and asylum seekers.

Το Εργαστήριο «Ψυχολογίας, Παιδαγωγικών Ερευνών και Μέσων στην Εκπαίδευση», του Παιδαγωγικού Τμήματος Δημοτικής Εκπαίδευσης του Πανεπιστημίου Αιγαίου, οργανώνει επιμορφωτική δράση για την ανάδειξη του stop motion animation σαν διαθεματικό εκπαιδευτικό εργαλείο. Το βιωματικό εργαστήριο θα πραγματοποιηθεί την Πέμπτη 22 Ιουνίου 2017, ώρα 11:30, στο Κτίριο Κλεόβουλος 1ος όροφος, στη Ρόδο.

European Alternatives is collaborating with Krytyka Polityczna and European Citizens Action Service (ECAS) to train citizens and activists to defend freedom of movement and fight the increasing insecurity in the rights of citizens in the EU.

You will be provided with training from experts in EU citizen rights, in campaigning and in project management and tasked with conceptualizing, developing, and rolling out a campaign against restrictions to freedom of movement for European citizens.
