"Act non-formal vol.2" is a European Training Course that was initiated by several European NGOs in order to learn and share innovative non-formal education methods for young people, but especially to groups with fewer opportunities such as people with disabilities, young refugees and youth from marginalised group into local communities.

Europe and the world have been on move for decades. For several years now, the violent conflict in Syria caused many people to flee their homes, trying to find peaceful life in Europe, leading to an increased number of refugees and asylum seekers. Along with this refugee wave and the frequent terrorist attacks in Europe and media propaganda there was fear generated among Europeans from newcomers which leads to intolerance, rejection and even hatred and violence towards migrants and refugeеs.

The main AIM of the seminar is to gather youth workers to discuss and exchange the experience in youth work and Erasmus + programme and its impact to the personal, socio-educational and professional development of young people and European society nowadays. Youth work is an important element for youth development. It can result in a range of positive outcomes for young people which enable them to develop skills and competences in a diverse range of areas, strengthen their network and social capital, change particular behaviors, build positive relationships.
