ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communication
- Provides complex screening, fielding, prioritizing of inbound communications via telephone, mail, and e-mail to resolve critical issues in a timely manner.
- Interacts in a professional manner with senior executives internally and externally including Board members, Investors, Analysts and Customers.
- Works autonomously to manage projects and maintain communication with interested parties.
- Ability to analyze data, research information, problem-solve and coordinate projects.
Administration
- Manage and track emails, to-do tasks and other administrative matters.
- Possesses a thorough knowledge regarding the administrative role and provides support, mentoring and guidance to colleagues
- Follow up on invoice payments and contract renewals

- Accomplished in the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment; enjoys challenges.
