You will be part of the Business Partnering Division (BPA) in the Directorate General Human Resources (DG/HR) and will help us to deliver on our vision: thrilled and talented people working for a prosperous Europe. With around 100 staff members, the Directorate General provides services to approximately 3,500 employees.
The main tasks of the Business Partnering Division are to:
act as an interface between HR and other business areas on personnel and staffing matters;
roll out HR initiatives and processes to serve the needs of employees and managers;
identify and advise on the needs of the ECB business areas, including workforce planning and performance management;
follow-up on staff engagement surveys, mobility initiatives and specific client-driven projects;
achieve the right balance in driving the HR agenda for the business.
