13-21/12/2015- Training course "Let's Get YOUth Up & Running - Training for Youth Workers" (Dilijan, Armenia)

Are you a beginning youth worker or youth leader and do you want to learn more about the profession of youth work? Then this training course might be for you! Participants have the chance to develop their competencies in youth work through sharing best practices, various workshops, exploring the nature of youth work, and also learning how to reach out to excluded and disadvantaged young people. In the training we will focus on active participation, in the context of youth work and society.

Objectives
■ Getting to understand the nature of youth
work.
■ Developing youth work competencies.
■ Exploring active participation in reality.
■ Developing an understanding of citizenship, local and European.
■ Developing competencies for working towards inclusion of excluded and disadvantaged young people.
■ Exploring the advantages of a cross sectoral approach to youth work.
