Training Course: "Stairways To Trainers"

SToT is a 10 days training course aiming at empowering and building up the competences of educational practitioners to design, facilitate and evaluate meaningful educational activities in youth work, also focusing on digital youth work.

Objectives:
turning business/formal trainers and teachers into non-formal professionals;
learning and non-formal education: approaches, conditions, models, factors, processes;
meeting the learning needs of the target group;
practical tools and methods for designing, facilitation and assessment of educational activities;
development and testing of own educational modules with/in front of a group;
practice in feedback, empathy, coaching and communication skills;
partnership-building and the development of follow-up activities.
