Senior Radio Network Optimisation Engineer at Commsquare (Athens and Belgium)

Commsquare is a leader in mobile and wireless technology addressing mobile operators worldwide. Commsquare is looking for a senior radio network engineer with at least 8 years of working experience in a mobile network operator or vendor alike. You have achieved expert level in radio network optimization and system engineering. You will work as a Level 4 radio engineer in our benchmarking and services team.

The candidate should have:
- a degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecoms Engineering (a Master’s degree will be a plus)
- at least 8 years of working experience in the telecom/mobile branch, with a proven expertise in mobile networks system engineering, trouble shooting and performance analysis
- An understanding of IP protocols and their impact on mobile data performance
- working proficiency in English (absolutely mandatory); Dutch or French is a plus

The following will be considered a plus:
- experience in SQL

The candidate should also be:
- self-motivated and willing to take initiative, with sense of ownership on what he does
- hands-on when and where necessary, pro-active and results driven
- have good customer interfacing skills and writing skills
- exhibit a “can" do attitude with focus on delivery, having sense of urgency
