Mission
- Develop and grow our profitable market shares in OFA Product segment through direct and indirect sales channels.
- Ensure that Receivables and stock management remain under good control and in line with CC targets and policies.
- Develop and/or maintain a sustainable regional support team to grow the Project and Turnkey business in the region.
- Take an active role in the development of sustainable National Sales Teams which will operate through the next generation.
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of Experience at a local or Regional Management Role is a must. Holding strong Commercial /Marketing and or Business Development Background with a proven track record in technical sales is mandatory. Strong experience in BRMs and People management is a must. Specific Experience in Oil Free Product Line will be highly appreciated.
Educational requirements
- University degree in Engineering, and a masters in marketing or business or similar through experience.
