Optimal HR Group on behalf of its client -large European Construction Company-is looking to recruit a high caliber Facilities Management Manager/ Business Development Manager based in Qatar
Main Responsibilities
- Understanding the Qatari FM market, meeting with clients and consultants, sourcing tenders
- Management and supervision of the FM tendering processes with assistance from FM resources in Qatar and Athens as required
- Overall project management responsibility, seeking suitable resources both within and outside the company
Main Requirements:
- BEng in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. MSc will be considered as a plus
- Minimum 10 years of total experience. At least 5 years in Maintenance Management. Operations experience will be considered an asset
- Fluent in English. Arabic language is a plus
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Strong networking cooperation & presentation skills
- FM industry awareness and commercial orientation
- MENA market knowledge
