Credit and Collections Specialist Italian Speaker (Poland)

The scope involved covers processes: Collection, Customer Master Data, Customer queries, Customer account reconciliation.

Main accountabilities
- Cash collection
- Research and resolve dispute cases
- Conduct variance analysis and research claims
- Perform Customer Master Data Maintenance tasks
- Perform other AR duties
- Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship

Requirements
- Very good Italian skills (at least C1)
- Very good English skills (at least B2)
- Experience in OTC area is a must
- Experience in RTR and PTP will be an asset
- Oracle knowledge will be an advantage
