Training Course: "See Beyond - Training of Trainers on Youthpass"

The main aim of this training of trainers is to strengthen the quality of European youth projects by training trainers of youth workers on facilitating learning in European youth projects. We will focus on the learning dimension as an essential quality factor in European youth programmes and explore the role of Youthpass in supporting awareness of learning.

Objectives:
To enhance the implementation of Youthpass as a process and strategy that contributes to the quality of European youth projects;
To raise awareness and deepen understanding about the recognition and validation of learning in European youth projects;
To support the development of the competences of practitioners and to equip them with various approaches to support the learning dimension in youth work;
To build on the awareness within the youth field about the potential of Youthpass, exploring its latest development steps.
