On Purpose Associate Programme

On Purpose is a full-time, year-long leadership development programme that will help you transition into a career that uses business for good. On the programme, you'll work in organisations like Virgin Unite and Social Enterprise UK over two six month placements. You'll receive training from top professionals – from McKinsey, the Design Council, the Big Issue and more. You'll learn from experienced mentors and coaches. And you'll become part of an invaluable community of emerging social enterprise leaders.

The programme is based in London, and starts on Wednesday 6th April 2016. You'll work in your placements for 4.5 days a week, and spend half a day per week in training. Associates are paid £21,000 for the year, which is a stipend for training and development.
