University of Westminster is awarding up to 19 full time social science and humanities research studentships commencing in January 2016. These studentships consist of a fee waiver and annual stipend of £16,000 for three years. In addition to PhD studies, candidates will be expected to undertake up to six hours a week assisting with teaching or other academic duties.

Studentships are awarded in the following areas: SSH1: Migrant Worlds, Migrant Experience and Material Culture (Chinese); SSH2: Migrant Worlds, Migrant Experience and Material Culture (French); SSH3: One Planet Living: Measuring the Impacts of the One Planet Living Framework and SSH4: Penguin’s China: Reading China in Paperback in the faculty of social science and humanities.
